There are two steps to activating your accommodation voucher and booking your hotel:
Step 1: Redeem your voucher from Magnificent Escapes, which can be done here: https://redeem.magnificentescapes.com/.
If you have difficulty entering your booking code, or you don't receive your activation email, or maybe you entered incorrect personal details by mistake, you can submit a request for support: https://magnificentescapes.com/support.
Step 2: Book your holiday through the website: https://redeemvacations.com/.
You can submit a request for support if you encounter any of the following:
- You have difficulty paying the booking fees and taxes,
- You don't receive the confirmation emails,
- You're unable to log into https://redeemvacations.com/,
- You have difficulty booking your holiday, or
- You have difficulty confirming your hotel booking.

What should I do if I don't receive my activation email?
There are two things you can do if you haven't received your activation email. However, please allow 24 hours to see if the email comes through first. If it does not, you can:
1. Check your junk, spam, and promotions folders to ensure the email did not get filtered into one of those locations.
2. Visit https://magnificentescapes.com/support and fill out a support request if you are still unable to find the email. Have your email and booking code ready so you can provide that information in your request.
We'll respond as soon as possible with a new activation.

I'm having difficulty paying the booking fees. What should I do?
You can talk to Redeem Vacations directly if you're having trouble with the booking fees. They're the travel company that deals with these bookings, and can help with your specific issue. Submit a support request on their website: https://redeemvacations.com/contact-us.
If it has been 2 business days and you still haven't heard back from Redeem Vacations:
